 J. Gary Ciccone of Fayetteville is now the Representative for Division 6 on the North Carolina Department of Transportation. A short reception will be held in his honor on Monday, April 19 beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the South River EMC office located at 17494 US 421 South in Dunn. All DACC Members are invited to come out and meet and greet our new representative. The reception will be followed by a luncheon and presentation on Driving95.
Interstate 95 is a vital stretch of highway through our City and North Carolina and the Dept of Transportation is working on the best way to renew I-95. The Governmental Affairs committee has invited Kristine O'Conner to present Driving95 and to gauge your opinions on this important highway. The luncheon and presentation will begin at 12:00 noon and the cost is only $10.00 per person. Reservations for the luncheon are required by April 14.
